These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "you") and ace37 ("the Platform", "we", or "us") governing your access to and use of the ace37 website at ace37.bet, including all games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and any other features made available through the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and any specific promotion terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that promotion only. In all other respects, these Terms take precedence.

1. Eligibility

Access to and use of the ace37 Platform is conditional upon satisfying all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ace37 operates a strict 21+ policy. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending identity verification.
• Identity: You must be a real individual — not a corporation or other legal entity — and must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information when registering.
• One Account: You may hold only one registered account on ace37. Creating duplicate accounts for any purpose, including claiming multiple welcome bonuses, is strictly prohibited.
• Jurisdiction: You must not access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• Mental Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement and must not be a self-excluded player or subject to any court order restricting participation in gambling.

2. Account Registration and KYC

To access real-money services on ace37 you must complete registration and provide accurate personal information. ace37 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in line with anti-money-laundering and player protection standards. The following registration and verification requirements apply:

• You must provide a valid mobile number registered in your own name. This number serves as your primary account identifier and is used for two-factor authentication and account recovery.
• ace37 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds. Acceptable documents include national identity cards, passports, utility bills, and bank statements. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify ace37 support immediately via live chat and change your password. ace37 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
• All information provided during registration and at any subsequent verification stage must be accurate and kept up to date. Knowingly providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• ace37 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on any account at any time, including requesting additional documentation for large withdrawal requests or when unusual account activity is detected.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ace37 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, and Sonali Bank. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard are also accepted.
• The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction, per day, and per calendar month. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into the same account and only after KYC verification is complete. ace37 reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 5 minutes. Bank transfers take 1-3 business days depending on the receiving bank. ace37 is not responsible for processing delays caused by the receiving institution.
• ace37 reserves the right to reverse or delay any withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases the Player will be notified and given the opportunity to provide documentation to resolve the matter.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

ace37 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to an individual promotion:

• The welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players only on their first qualifying deposit. Each player may claim the welcome bonus once. Subsequent deposits do not qualify.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds that expire are automatically removed from the account and cannot be reinstated.
• ace37 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel any pending bonus, or modify promotion terms at any time where fraud, abuse, or technical error is detected or suspected.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are met in full. Bonuses may only be used on the Platform and may not be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash outside the withdrawal process.

ace37 may at its sole discretion offer personalised promotions to individual players based on their activity. These personalised offers are not transferable and may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on ace37 are supplied by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each game's rules are governed by the applicable studio. The following general fair-play terms apply across all games:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems independently audited for fairness. Crash games use provably fair algorithms that allow players to verify each round outcome independently.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any stakes returned to the Player's wallet. Winnings generated during a round subsequently found to have been affected by a malfunction may be voided.
• Players must not use any automated software, bot, script, or other technical aid to gain an unfair advantage in any game. Use of such tools constitutes prohibited conduct and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Sports betting markets are subject to the rules of the applicable sport and competition. In the event of a match abandonment or result dispute, bet settlement will follow the relevant sport's governing rules as applied by the ace37 sportsbook team.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ace37 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, and may result in permanent account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using the Platform to launder money, process fraudulent payments, or obscure the origin of funds obtained through criminal activity.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers, including opening multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once, or placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets on sporting events using non-public information, participating in match-fixing, or any form of corrupt influence over the outcome of a sporting event.
• Account sharing and collusion: Sharing account access with another person, allowing a third party to operate your account, or colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider after funds have been deposited and used for wagering. ace37 will contest all fraudulent chargebacks and reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds lost as a result.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

ace37 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• ace37 is required to take action to comply with applicable law, a court order, a regulator's direction, or an instruction from a payment service provider.
• The Player has requested voluntary self-exclusion or has been identified as a player whose continued participation poses a risk to their wellbeing under ace37's responsible gaming obligations.

Upon termination for reasons other than breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method within 10 business days.

8. Responsible Gaming

ace37 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates a comprehensive player protection programme. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling is entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all Players:

• Players may set deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), loss limits, wagering limits, and session time limits directly from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Players may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which they will be unable to log in or place bets. Cooling-off requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the cooling-off period.
• Players may request permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting ace37 support via live chat. A self-excluded Player's account will be closed and their details flagged to prevent re-registration. Self-exclusion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
• ace37 employs automated detection systems to identify patterns of play that may indicate problem gambling, including rapid loss escalation and extended uninterrupted play sessions. Players flagged by these systems may be contacted by the support team and offered responsible gaming resources.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ace37 Platform — including website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of ace37 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of ace37. Unauthorised use of ace37's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace37's liability to any Player is limited as follows:

• ace37 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if ace37 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• ace37 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or error-free. ace37 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise Platform downtime but does not guarantee continuous availability.
• Where ace37's liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

ace37 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at ace37.bet/privacy-policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering an account you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All data transmissions between your device and the ace37 Platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ace37 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, ace37 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Players via their registered contact details. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately and contact support to arrange account closure.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute you should first contact the ace37 support team via live chat or email to seek an informal resolution. ace37 aims to resolve all player disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts. ace37 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair and transparent resolution of all player disputes.
